Created by Shannon Ponche when she worked at Clover Club, it is meant for use in the Thai One On cocktail but has become an employee favorite for all sorts of drinks.
- 1 part condensed milk
- 1 part vanilla syrup (see Editor's Note)
- 1 part Kalani Coconut Liqueur
- Combine all ingredients in a bottle, seal and store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Slice open and coarsely chop 1 vanilla bean. Add to 2 cups simple syrup, then boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Let steep for 12 hours. Strain.
