Millennial Pink

Calling on a base of rosé, the Millennial Pink incorporates rosé syrup, alongside Aperol, Pamplemousse and fresh grapefruit and lemon juices. Poured over ice and topped with a sprig of mint, it’s an easy-to-make ahead cocktail that’s perfect for late summer.

Ingredients

Yield: 1 750ml bottle

  • 8 ounces rosé
  • 8 ounces rosé
  • 4 ounces Aperol
  • 4 ounces Aperol
  • 4 ounces Pamplemousse
  • 4 ounces Pamplemousse
  • 4 ounces rosé syrup
  • 4 ounces rosé syrup
  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 ounces water
  • 2 ounces water
  • soda water, to top
  • soda water, to top

Garnish: expressed grapefruit peel, mint

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a 750ml bottle and refrigerate.
  2. Serve in a Collins glass over ice and top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel and a small bouquet of mint.
