Calling on a base of rosé, the Millennial Pink incorporates rosé syrup, alongside Aperol, Pamplemousse and fresh grapefruit and lemon juices. Poured over ice and topped with a sprig of mint, it’s an easy-to-make ahead cocktail that’s perfect for late summer.
Yield: 1 750ml bottle
- 8 ounces rosé
- 4 ounces Aperol
- 4 ounces Pamplemousse
- 4 ounces rosé syrup
- 2 ounces grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 2 ounces water
- soda water, to top
Garnish: expressed grapefruit peel, mint
- Combine all ingredients in a 750ml bottle and refrigerate.
- Serve in a Collins glass over ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel and a small bouquet of mint.
