Natasha David’s Champagne Cocktail

This effervescent delight is all about the Suze. Though it contains only three-quarters of an ounce of it, the color and flavor of the sparkler scream Suze—and that’s not a bad thing.


Serving: 1

  • 3/4 ounce Suze
  • 1/2 ounce Giffard Crème de Fruits de la Passion
  • sparkling wine, to top

Garnish: lemon twist

  1. Combine the Suze and passionfruit liqueur in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe and top with Champagne.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
