This effervescent delight is all about the Suze. Though it contains only three-quarters of an ounce of it, the color and flavor of the sparkler scream Suze—and that’s not a bad thing.
- 3/4 ounce Suze
- 1/2 ounce Giffard Crème de Fruits de la Passion
- sparkling wine, to top
Garnish: lemon twist
- Combine the Suze and passionfruit liqueur in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe and top with Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
