- 3/4 ounce Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 3/4 ounce manzanilla sherry
- 3/4 ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Dolin
- 3/4 ounce cachaça, preferably Novo Fogo Silver
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- orange flower water rinse
Garnish: marcona almond, olive
- Combine all ingredients except the orange flower water in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
- Rinse a chilled coupe with orange flower water.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a Marcona almond and an olive.
