Nonalcoholic Old-Fashioned

John Dillon | New York City

Barbuto’s simple spirit-free take on the Old-Fashioned is built on a base of Kentucky 74, a nonalcoholic alternative to bourbon. Maple syrup imparts richness and a round texture. Bar manager John Dillon suggests using room-temperature syrup, which is easier to incorporate into the drink.
