Peach Me How to Dougie

No stranger to frozen drinks, T.J. Lynch of Mother’s Ruin creates a thoroughly modern and dead simple recipe in his playfully named Peach Me How to Dougie, a blended mix of bourbon, lemon, honey syrup and fresh peach.


Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey syrup (1:1, honey:water)
  • 1/2 of a ripe peach
  • 1 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 to 2 cups ice

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve in a glass of your choosing.
