Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila, preferably El Jimador
- 1 ounce banana liqueur, preferably Giffard Banana du Brésil
- 1/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce cinnamon syrup (see Editor's Note)
Garnish: lime wheel
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with cracked ice.
- Strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
Editor's Note
Cinnamon Syrup:
2 cups water
6 cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 cups sugar
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over heat and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes then let cool before straining out the solids.
