PFT stands for Pretty Fluffy Thing, and is New York bartender Tom Richter’s favorite way to play with a Gin Sour. It simply replaces a bit of the gin with Italian aperitivo, Campari. A little bitter, a lot citrusy and a touch sweet, the PFT makes the most of Campari’s iconic color to dye this gin-fueled drink a deep, bubblegum pink.
