Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 wheel of English cucumber.
  • 1 wheel of English cucumber.
  • 1/2 ounce Cynar
  • 1/2 ounce Cynar
  • 1 1/2 ounces Pimm's No. 1
  • 1 1/2 ounces Pimm's No. 1
  • 4 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever-Tree
  • 4 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever-Tree

Garnish: cucumber spear, lemon wedge

Directions
  1. Muddle the cucumber wheel and the Cynar in the bottom of a highball glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and build the drink in the glass and stir.
  3. Then add the cucumber spear and the lemon wedge.
