A lighter take on the classic dry Martini, the Fifty-Fifty is made with equal parts gin and dry vermouth. This is a great evening cocktail, but you can use Lillet Blanc instead of dry vermouth for a refreshing brunch or lunchtime drink.
- 1 part gin, preferably Plymouth Gin
- 1 part dry vermouth
Garnish: lemon twist or olive
- Stir ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and either strain into a chilled cocktail glass or pour it into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with either a lemon twist or an olive.
