This ostentatious, two-vessel assemblage—vodka, passion fruit, lime and vanilla in one glass, a shot of sparkling rosé Champagne on the side—was a sensation at London’s Townhouse and its sister bar, LAB, in the early 2000s. Its fame was doubtless spurred along by its provocative name. Though once widely drunk in the U.K., its inclusion on the cocktail list at Suffolk Arms may well be its New York debut.

Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 2 ounces vodka, preferably Aylesbury Duck
- 1 ounce passion fruit purée
- 1 ounce vanilla syrup
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
Garnish: passion fruit, sparkling rosé
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a coupe and serve with fresh passion fruit and a shot of sparkling rosé.
