Herbaceous Branca Menta takes a starring role in this digestivo-ready play on the Grasshopper, while a dose of RumChata adds creamy ballast.


Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces Branca Menta
  • 3/4 ounce RumChata
  • 1/2 ounce crème de cacao
  • 1/2 ounce crème de menthe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
