Regal Daiquiri

A curl of grapefruit peel in the the shaker transforms this into a “Regal” style Daiquiri. “It’s about creating flavor with less,” Lieberman explains, “instead of adding more and more.”


Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 3/4 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 grapefruit peel

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
