- 2 ounces light rum
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 dashes bitters
Garnish: mint sprig
- Pour over 2 scoops shaved ice in a glass pitcher.
- Churn vigorously with a swizzle stick until the drink foams and pitcher frosts.
- Pour into chilled highball glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
