Teddys Hot long Island Iced Tea

“A Long Island Iced Tea not made with well liquor is wrong,” says T.J. Gargan, who runs the bar program at Teddy’s. To the requisite medley of spirits in this hot take on the college staple, he adds a black tea syrup and garnishes the cocktail with a Lipton tea bag, giving the drink a comforting homeopathic quality.
