Created by Abigail Gullo, now with Compère Lapin in New Orleans, this Last Word variation is so named, Gullo says, because “the bubbles tickle your nose.”
- 3/4 ounce gin
- 3/4 ounce green Chartreuse
- 3/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 lime juice
- cava, to top
Garnish: lime twist
- Add first four ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, cover and shake well.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with cava and garnish with a lime twist.
