Coming in second at a recent Cosmopolitan blind tasting, appropriately enough, was the Cosmo served today at The Odeon, where Toby Cecchini invented the cocktail. Varying slightly from the original, it contained 1 ½ ounces Absolut Citron, ¾ ounce Cointreau, ½ ounce lime juice and ½ ounce Ocean Spray, garnished with a thin, twirling lime peel.
