This hard-hitting bourbon drink is a signature at T.J. Lynch‘s soon-to-be-opened bar, Loverboy, which will display the same irreverent style he honed at Mother’s Ruin.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces bourbon, preferably Heaven Hill
  • 2 ounces bourbon, preferably Heaven Hill
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 3/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2 ounce Luxardo Bitter
  • 1/2 ounce Luxardo Bitter
  • 1/2 ounce Ramazzotti
  • 1/2 ounce Ramazzotti
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Garnish: orange peel

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
