Three-Ingredient Midori Sour

“Despite its otherworldly hue, Midori is surprisingly legit,” explains John deBary of his decision to rework the much-maligned Midori Sour into a dead simple, three-ingredient recipe.


Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces Midori liqueur
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 egg white

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and dry shake without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
