Tonic Cubano

One part Mojito, one part Cuba Libre, the Tonic Cubano mixes together aged rum and mint with subtly sweet tonic water. The result is a long, cooler cocktail fit for lazy afternoons.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
  • 1 slice lime
  • 1 slice lime
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 5 ounces Boylan Heritage Tonic
  • 5 ounces Boylan Heritage Tonic

Garnish: sprig of mint

Directions
  1. In a rocks glass, muddle lime and mint.
  2. Add rum and ice.
  3. Top with tonic and garnish with sprig of mint.
