One part Mojito, one part Cuba Libre, the Tonic Cubano mixes together aged rum and mint with subtly sweet tonic water. The result is a long, cooler cocktail fit for lazy afternoons.

- 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
- 1 slice lime
- 2 sprigs mint
- 5 ounces Boylan Heritage Tonic
Garnish: sprig of mint
- In a rocks glass, muddle lime and mint.
- Add rum and ice.
- Top with tonic and garnish with sprig of mint.
