Basically a bubbly Negroni with Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur in place of sweet vermouth, the Zirbenz Spritz is Eric Seed’s bubbly ode to Alpine aperitivo hour.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Cappelletti Aperitivo
  • 1 ounce Cappelletti Aperitivo
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce gin
  • soda water
  • soda water

Garnish: lemon wheel and pine sprig

Directions
  1. Build in a Collins glass over ice.
  2. Top with soda water, and garnish with a lemon wheel and pine sprig.
