As its name hints, Bottlefork’s food and drink are deeply intertwined. Take, for example, the “Smoke of the Day” cocktail, which features drippings from the day’s roast, or the seasonal house beers Bottlefork makes with local brewery Begyle, the first of which—a vegetable root rye—was brewed with parsnips, sugar beet and celery root. Though cocktails are quirky—often featuring house syrups and seasonal fruit and herbs—they routinely hit the mark.
