Celeste is a split personality, two-story operation. Start on the dark, lounge-like ground level for easygoing sours, bottled cocktails and loud music. Then hit the second floor Deco Room to grab a seat, take a load off and order from the more sophisticated—and, admittedly, more expensive—cocktail list. During the summer months, Celeste’s fourth floor rootop garden offers a short menu of warm-weather drinks and views of the River North. And if hitting three bars tucked into one has you worried about your sobriety, there’s an excellent menu of upscale bar food to help keep you level.
