Sharing a wall with wackjob burger parlor P.Y.T., Northern Liberties’ tucked-away drinkers’ den draws aesthetic inspiration from the legendary softcore porno Emmanuelle. But the squeamish shouldn’t fret: There is no smoking allowed on the premises. Really, it’s a showcase for bartenders Phoebe Esmon and Christian Gaal, a couple of crackerjack cocktail bartenders who also happen to be a couple.
