If you’re on the hunt for the classics, Iggy’s is the place to be. Sommelier Ignatius Chan started his eponymous restaurant back in 2004 and has since been listed among the top Asian restaurants every year by San Pellegrino and The Miele Guide. The focus in the kitchen is on seasonality, texture and Japanese flavors, which Chan pairs with a deep list of red and white Burgundy and similarly robust list of Bordeaux.
