Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza

Located in the Marina Bay Sands Hotel Casino, this is the sister outlet of the original Los Angeles restaurant Osteria Mozza headed up by famous trio Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali and Joseph Bastianich. The Singapore version is definitely on standard, boasting the city-state’s most comprehensive Italian wine list, complete with an outstanding library of Barolo, Barbaresco, Brunello di Montalcino and Super Tuscans. Like most of Batali and Bastianich’s restaurants, the list here only strays from the boot to include a well-curated list of Champagne, which is among the best in Singapore.
