The Dawson

A culinary nod to all things New American, the Dawson is an airy, rustic-industrial 200-seat restaurant with a captivating cocktail program. Seasonal cobblers share real estate on the menu with a house soda program (try the seasonal phosphate) and fanciful “Daily Drips,” a romantic-looking science experiment of infused bourbon perched atop the back bar. The house cocktails number at least a dozen and are a smart accompaniment to the oysters and raw plates that adorn nearly ever diner’s seat around the bar.
