Chef Nick Anderer’s (of Maialino) new Flatiron pizza joint, Marta, immediately came out the gate with one of the best new Italian wine lists since All’Onda. Helmed by Jack Mason, Marta’s well-edited list of regional Italian wines is particularly attractive for those hunting value under $75. The list also boasts a sizeable list of champagnes with a surprising number of bottles under $100 (some of which would be priced around, at least, $150 or more elsewhere).
