Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Roku gin
- 1/2 ounce Kina aromatized wine (such as Cocchi Americano, Kina L’Aéro d’Or or Caperitif)
- 2 dashes acid phosphate (Maiko recommends Horsford’s Acid Phosphate by Extinct Chemical Company)
- soda water, to top
Garnish: strawberry slices
Directions
- Combine the first three ingredients in a Collins glass with ice, and stir briefly.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with strawberry slices.
