Above all, Churchill is a neighborhood bar that happens to make solid cocktails. There’s no rocket science here, just good bartenders, simple drinks and a comfortable room. A ton of craft beers and shelves of whiskey give the loosely WWII-inspired bar—ropes draped from the ceilings, steel-caged light fixtures—a focus that isn’t super geeky, but expert in its own way.
