Located inside the ultra-glamorous Roosevelt Hotel (just down the way is the Sazerac Bar), drinking at Domenica is an elegant, sleek experience that’s equal parts art deco and modern. While the menu is Italian-influenced with lots of charcuterie, pasta and cheese, the drinks are well-executed and largely gin-based across the board. A stellar wine list also features a number of unusual Italian red offerings and the massive bar also plays host to one of the city’s best happy hours, with half-price cocktails, wine and well beers between 2 and 5 p.m. every day.
