Restaurant R’evolution is not ashamed to be more than a little opulent, with a $200 caviar staircase anchoring a menu that’s nothing short of an embarrassment of culinary riches. The bar is similarly decadent, with it’s tall leather bar stools, illuminated glass bar and focus on pre-Prohibition, “gilded-era” cocktails that match the old-world feel of the bar.
