Dunkin’ Delight

Blueberry Espresso Martini

Despite being a self-proclaimed coffee snob, Iain Townsend Griffiths admits that this Espresso Martini riff was inspired by a blueberry-spiked coffee from Dunkin’. Here, the fruit flavor comes courtesy of beloved flavored vodka, Stoli Blueberry. The rest of the recipe is fairly straightforward, calling on fresh espresso in combination with coffee liqueur, simple syrup and a pinch of salt all topped with a fresh grating of nutmeg.
