Sprout’s Honor Article Recipe

Ranch Water, the popular Texas cooler composed of tequila, lime and bubbly mineral water, is the inspiration for Mony Bunni’s Sprout’s Honor. This spiced and summery riff offers layers of flavor with the addition of fragrant basil and aromatic bitters; to top, Bunni swaps in Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale for the mineral water. “The sweetness from the clementine is a nice balance with the spice from both the ginger and cinnamon,” she says. “And with the baking spice of the Angostura, this highball delivers a slightly savory, cream soda quality.”
