Cynar & Tonic

Cynar & Tonic

Once you’ve tried an amaro neat, the next best approach is to taste it with soda water—the epitome of a refreshing aperitivo. Switching out soda for tonic doubles down on the bitter qualities of both ingredients. And finishing with a squeeze of lime, tonic’s favorite accessory, cuts through it all with a bright hit of acid.
