Sarah Morrissey demonstrates how to effortlessly master the sessionable cocktail, perfect for long afternoons at home. The equal-parts build of bianco vermouth, fino sherry and tonic water is lifted by an herbal garnish of lime and rosemary.
1 ounces Martini & Rossi Bianco vermouth
1 ounce fino sherry
1 ounce Bonal
Tonic water, to top
Garnish: spent lime wedge, lime wheel and rosemary
Combine vermouth and sherry in a goblet or Collins glass, add ice, and stir until incorporated and lightly chilled. Top with tonic. Garnish with spent lime wedge, lime wheel and rosemary.
