Like the forefather of an Espresso Martini, this relative of a traditional Alexander goes down like a milkshake with a sharp boozy snap at the end. Adapted from The Stork Club Bar Book, in which author Lucius Beebe warns that drinking more than three of these gives one a “wolfish appetite.” We recommend substituting the vodka with a more flavorful spirit, like brandy.
