Blood Orange Garibaldi

In this spin on the classic Garibaldi, freshly squeezed blood orange juice tops an Italian aperitivo liqueur for an immensely satisfying two-ingredient cocktail. (To get that signature frothy crown without a Breville juicer at the ready, hand-press the blood oranges and agitate the juice with a handheld frother or a blender.)

  • 1 1/2 ounces Italian aperitivo liqueur, such as Contratto Bitter or Campari
  • 1 1/2 ounces Italian aperitivo liqueur, such as Contratto Bitter or Campari
  • 6 ounces blood orange juice
  • 6 ounces blood orange juice

Directions
  1. Pour the aperitivo liqueur into a highball glass.
  2. Top with fresh-pressed blood orange juice.
