Wiz Fizz

Pamela Wiznitzer cocktail recipe

“This cocktail is completely narcissistic,” explains Pamela Wiznitzer, who combined her favorite ingredients together to create this recipe. Gin forms the base, while Cynar adds a hint of bitterness; lemon adds acidity; and vanilla syrup, egg white and heavy cream combine for a rich body. Then, the whole thing gets topped with root beer. In Wiznitzer’s words, “This is like a root beer float on crack.”
