Misses Doe’s “Menschy” Manhattan

Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/4 ounce dry vermouth, preferably Yzaguirre Dry Riserva
- 1/4 ounce Manischewitz wine
Garnish: sour cherries soaked in Scotch and Manischewitz
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with soaked cherries.
