Misses Doe’s “Menschy” Manhattan

Ingredients

Serving: 1

• 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1/4 ounce dry vermouth, preferably Yzaguirre Dry Riserva
• 1/4 ounce dry vermouth, preferably Yzaguirre Dry Riserva
• 1/4 ounce Manischewitz wine
• 1/4 ounce Manischewitz wine

Garnish: sour cherries soaked in Scotch and Manischewitz

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a Martini glass.
4. Garnish with soaked cherries.
