Orange Infusion Spray

This vodka-based orange infusion boosts the citrus aromatics of any drink without the actual peel. Miguel Lancha recommends it as a finishing touch to rhum agricole-based drinks to boost the inherent citrus notes or as an added garnish to tiki-style cocktails.


Serving: 1

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon zested orange peels

  1. Steep orange peels in the vodka-water mixture for several hours, or until the desired aroma is achieved.
  2. Strain out orange peel, and funnel into an atomizer bottle.
