Orlando Franklin McCray’s Ginger Syrup

Ingredients
1 part ginger juice, extracted using a juicer
1 part ginger juice, extracted using a juicer
1 part white sugar
1 part white sugar
1 pinch red pepper flakes (or more, to taste)

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved.
Fine strain into a sealable container and let cool before using.
