- 1 1/2 ounces blended Scotch
- 1/2 ounce Drambuie
- 1/4 ounce peated Scotch, preferably Laphroaig
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce passionfruit syrup (1:1, passionfruit puree:simple syrup)
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup (2:1, honey:water)
- 1 large barspoon allspice dram
Garnish: three cherries pinned to a pineapple spear
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
- Pour all contents into a tall tiki mug.
- Garnish with three cherries pinned to a pineapple spear.
