This riff on the Pornstar Martini from Tern Club in Knoxville, Tennessee, escorts the modern classic further into tiki territory by fortifying it with Giffard Blue Curaçao and housemade orgeat. At home, store-bought orgeat works, too.

- 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce lychee purée
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce orgeat
- 1/4 ounce passion fruit purée
- 1/4 ounce blue Curaçao, preferably Giffard
- 1/4 ounce passion fruit liqueur, preferably Giffard
Garnish: 2 ounces of cava, served in a sidecar
Directions
- Shake ingredients and double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve with a sidecar of chilled cava.
