Coqodaq Alaska Cocktail Recipe

At Coqodaq in New York City, the food and drinks (“coqtails,” as they’re called on the menu) blend high and low. And what goes better with a chicken nugget topped with caviar than something as playful yet luxurious as a Martini spiked with Midori?

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce gin, preferably Boatyard Gin
  • 1 ounce gin, preferably Boatyard Gin
  • 3/4 ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Lustau
  • 3/4 ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Lustau
  • 1/2 ounce vodka, preferably Chopin
  • 1/2 ounce vodka, preferably Chopin
  • 1/4 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/4 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/4 ounce Midori
  • 1/4 ounce Midori

Garnish: maraschino cherry

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice.
  2. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
