Daiquiri #4

Julio Cabrera | Miami

Daiquiri Floridita

Also known as the Daiquiri Floridita, this refreshing blended Daiquiri variation is named for its renowned place of origin, the La Floridita bar in Havana, Cuba. It’s also known as the Hemingway Daiquiri, named for writer Ernest Hemingway, who was known to consume plenty of these at Floridita. Note: Some versions use grapefruit juice, but that’s the #3, not the #4, says Julio Cabrera.
