Benjamin Purvis and Collin Nicholas collaborated on this cocktail with the goal of creating a house blend of amari for Fools & Horses, featuring many of their favorite bottles. What they came away with is an eight-touch tour de force that lovers of Italy’s bitter bounty won’t be able to resist.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • 1/4 ounce Cynar
  • 1/4 ounce Cynar
  • 1/4 ounce Aperol
  • 1/4 ounce Aperol
  • 1/4 ounce Campari
  • 1/4 ounce Campari
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Dell’Etna
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Dell’Etna
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Ramazzotti
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Ramazzotti
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Meletti
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Meletti
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Sibilla
  • 1/4 ounce Amaro Sibilla

Directions
  1. Throw ingredients over ice about 10 times with the goal of introducing 2 ounces of water, or 50% of the content of the final drink.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
