Inspired by the Spanish obsession with G & Ts and their summer drink Tinto de Verano (a combo of red wine and lemon soda), the Tinto Tónico is a unlikely combination that drinks like an instant summer classic. Just add Spain.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 3 ounces red wine (preferably Spanish)
  • 3 ounces red wine (preferably Spanish)
  • 4 ounces Boylan Heritage Tonic
  • 4 ounces Boylan Heritage Tonic

Garnish: lemon peel

Directions
  1. In a wine glass, combine red wine and tonic over ice.
  2. Garnish with a lemon peel.
