Cilantro pairs well gin and tequila-based cocktails, but it can be too delicate to act as a garnish. This infusion can be sprayed over a drink to add the herbal aroma without the finicky leaves.
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 handful cilantro
- Steep cilantro in the vodka-water mixture for two hours (it should infuse relatively quickly), or until the desired aroma is achieved.
- Strain and funnel into an atomizer bottle.
Keeps, at room temperature, for up to one month.
