Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 1 ounce tequila, preferably Vida
- 1 ounce Herbsaint
- 3/4 ounce lime
- 1/2 ounce honey
- 6 drops saline
- 3 - 4 cucumbers
- small dash chai bitters
- soda, to top
Garnish: cucumber
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber with all other ingredients.
- Let stand for a few minutes and then fine strain into a Collins glass with ice.
- Top with soda and garnish with cucumber.
